# Peakmark Terms of Service: Free Check Rules and Limits

> Peakmark's terms of service for the free AI visibility check — what the report is, what it isn't, and how to use the service fairly.

Peakmark's free AI visibility check lets you see how your brand appears in answers generated by large language models. The check is free, quick, and designed to give you a useful snapshot — but before you run one, it helps to understand what the service is, what it is not, and the few ground rules that keep it working fairly for everyone. These terms are short and written in plain English.

## A free check, not a paid contract

Running the free Peakmark check does not create a paid subscription. It does not grant you access to the full Peakmark platform, reserve a spot in any launch cohort, or guarantee that any specific feature, pricing tier, or launch date will be available to you. The check is offered as-is, free of charge, with no commitments on either side beyond delivering the report you requested.

## The report is a snapshot

AI answers are not static. The models behind them are updated continuously, and the same query can produce different results from one day to the next. Your Peakmark report reflects what the AI models said **at the exact moment we ran your check** — nothing more. Peakmark does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of those answers, and does not guarantee that running the same check tomorrow will produce the same results.

  Do not rely on a single report as a permanent record of your AI visibility. AI-generated answers shift over time. Treat your report as a point-in-time snapshot and re-check periodically to track changes.

## Fair use

The free check is designed for legitimate use by real people evaluating their brand's AI presence. The following are not allowed:

* **Spam** — submitting bulk lists of domains or email addresses
* **Bots** — automated scripts or tools that trigger checks without human intent
* **Automated stuffing** — any attempt to artificially inflate check volume or game rate limits

Checks are rate-limited. Peakmark reserves the right to block traffic that disrupts or degrades the service for other users.
